Membership type *

Fellow - You have a PhD, you are an academic researcher (in a university or other setting), you have published at least three refereed publications about Africa during the last five years and you have a link with at least one knowledge institute in the Netherlands. All registrations for fellow membership are subject to review by the Executive Board of the ASCL.

Affiliate - You are working on a PhD thesis about a topic relevant for African Studies (or you are a Research Master's student), and you are related to a Dutch institution, or you work with support/involvement from Dutch Africanists

Associate - You do not fit in the categories mentioned above, but you do want to have a fruitful relationship with the ASC Community
