Abdulrazaq Kayode Abdulkareem

Abdulrazaq Kayode Abdulkareem is a Lecturer at the Department of Public Administration, University of Ilorin. He has a PhD in Public Administration with a specialisation in Electronic Government and Public Value. He holds a master’s degree in public policy and a bachelor’s degree in local government and development studies. His research interest is in the use of ICT in the public sector and associated values. He is a member of the African Association of Public Management and the Eastern Regional Organization for Public Administration.
