Hagan Sibiri

Hagan Sibiri is a Senior Research Fellow at the Africa-China Centre for Policy and Advisory (ACCPA) and a member of the Ghana Institute of International Affairs (GhIIA). Previously, he held the position of Research Fellow at the Afro-Sino Centre of International Relations (ASCIR) and was a Research Contributor for NTU-SBF Centre of African Studies (CAS) at Nanyang Technological University. He earned his PhD in International Politics from Fudan University. His research primarily centres on China-Africa relations, specifically political, security, and social interactions. He has numerous journal articles and publications to his credit, including appearances in journals such as the East Asian Community Review, Insight on Africa, Africa Spectrum, Chinese Journal of International Review, China Quarterly of International Strategic Studies, Harvard Africa Policy Journal, and Kennedy School Review, among others.
