Stan Kaunda

Stan Kaunda is a lecturer at the Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences where he teaches subjects such as Strategic Management, Corporate Governance, or Organisational Behaviour. His main interests are on the fields of leadership, management, and organisational development, and his particular area of focus consists on the organisational forms that are appropriate to the African setting. He has a doctorate in Business Management from the University of Johannesburg. He is a member of continental professional associations including the Council for the Development of Social Science Research in Africa (CODESRIA), Africa Humanities Association, Africa Academy of Management (AFAM).
