Caspar Swinkels, Grounded Theory of Change: opening the black box of policy implementation using qualitative process tracing

This project attempts to open up the black box of policy implementation of three development projects in Uganda; especially the roles that project staff, field workers, and participants play in turning Theories of Change into everyday practices of development. It entails three case studies with different projects in Uganda that focus on youth employment and entrepreneurship.
