Harry Wels in NOS about corruption at South African energy company

Harry Wels was interviewed by NOS about a corruption scandal at Eskom, South Africa's largest energy provider. In the interview Wels explains that corruption does not only appear at Eskom and that corruption als affects other companies. "People see South Africa as a car tire that is slowly running empty. At some point you will be sitting in a vehicle that has four empty tires" Wels explains.
