Jan Abbink about new phase in the Tigray conflict on VPRO radio

Jan Abbink, Professor of Politics and Governance in Africa at Leiden University, was interviewed about a new phase in the Tigray conflict in Ethiopia, on VPRO radio show 'Bureau Buitenland'. The Ethiopian army has purportedly started a ground attack on rebellious Tigray forces.
