Library update: moving back to base in March 2019. Closed: 4-8 March

The ASCL Library will be moving back to its own location at the Faculty of Social Sciences from Monday 4 to Friday 8 March. The library will be CLOSED during this week. The ASCL Library has undergone major maintenance, and was temporarily relocated to the neighbouring Library of Social Sciences. As of Monday 11 March the ASCL Library will be OPEN as usual.

Another relocation the ASCL Library has faced is the temporary move of another 6,000 books from the ASCL collection to the Leiden University Libraries at the Witte Singel 27. This concerns the books with shelf number AFRIKA A1-A5999. This relocation is due to lack of space. All books can be requested and picked up at the ASCL Library (2-day service) or at the Witte Singel (1-hour service).
