Rahmane Idrissa in Le Monde about the departure of MINUSMA in Mali

Rahmane Idrissa was interviewed by Le Monde about the departure of MINUSMA, the UN mission in Mali. In the interview Idrissa states that teh departure will have no significant consequences on a diplomatic level, but that it could weaken the population in the north of the country.
