Tycho van der Hoog on Leiden University website about North Korea-Africa dependencies

Tycho van der Hoog, who will defend his PhD dissertation on Tuesday 7 May, was interviewed by the Leiden University website about the dependencies between North Korea and Africa. In the interview he states that the North Korean regime is able to stay in power thanks to financial flows from African countries to Pyongyang, and how western countries should focus more on African agency.
