Liévain Mwangal Mpalang’a-Maruv
Liévain Mwangal Mpalang’a-Maruv's field of research is the Social and Cultural History of Central Africa. His thesis focuses on Musumb, a pre-colonial city and capital of the former Lunda Empire in Central Africa. It seeks to understand in a specific way the past of the city of Musumb through the reigns of different emperors who succeeded to the throne during the pre-colonial, colonial and postcolonial period.
Liévain Mwangal holds a diploma in Advanced Studies in Historical Sciences from the University of Lubumbashi, two degrees in History and Applied Pedagogy, and a special degree in Criminology.
