Olupemi Oludare
Olupemi Oludare (PhD) specialises in ethnomusicology and African Studies. His research interrogates and contributes to the role of music, language and culture in human and social development. Olupemi is a lecturer at the University of Lagos, a Catalyst fellow of The University of Edinburgh, an associate member of the ASCL Community and a postdoctoral fellow at Utrecht University in the project “When language has a beat” (NWO 360-89-060), focusing on drum language traditions in West Africa.
