Said Khassim
Said Sudi Khassim is a senior professional from Tanzania with over a decade of experience in Development, human resources, digital governance, and policy reform. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Dodoma and currently pursuing a Master of Urban Management and Development at Erasmus University, which he enlarged as a World Bank Scholar.
His research interests lie at the intersection of digital governance, Development, public sector reform, and the application of artificial intelligence for predictive policy-making in developing contexts (Global
South). His work focuses on strengthening institutional capacity and resilience, with a primary country focus on Tanzania and a regional perspective on the East African Community.
