Presentation Ton Dietz about Africa, Growth & Inequality at HMUN conference

ASC director Ton Dietz spoke at the Haarlem Model United Nations (HMUN) conference 27-29 March. During the conference - organised by students of the Stedelijk Gymnasium Haarlem - students from schools in the Netherlands and other countries act as delegations of countries or NGOs. The students are involved in lobbying, debating, writing resolutions, and all things normally done by adult diplomats, similar to the ones at the real United Nations. Ton Dietz spoke about 'Africa, growth and inequality' (see PPT file below). HMUN is a THIMUM (The Hague International Model United Nations) affiliated conference.
