Ton Dietz interviewed by De Groene Amsterdammer about sustainable cocoa production in Ghana
ASCL director Ton Dietz was interviewed by De Groene Amsterdammer about the cocoa sector in Ghana. Ghanaians should earn more through the added value of production, Dietz states. The processing of cocoa mainly takes place in the Netherlands, with the effect that the Netherlands earn - on average - two billion dollar more, yearly, on the export of cocoa than Ghana itself.
